We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Project Administrator, to be based in Ataşehir, İstanbul. Reporting to the Delivery Operations Development Manager, this role will be responsible forcollecting requests from the department, creating and following Purchase Requests, and finally creating Goods Receipt on SAP.   Also, new responsibilities such as following subcontractor progress payment allowances, creating new materials on the system and creating guarantee orders, will be added after trial period is successfully completed.

Important Note: Employee will be outsourced during the trial period (12 months), then will join KONE payroll.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technical areas
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/support/admin functions
• Experienced in SAP and Excel
• Fluent in English
• Strong communicator with good follow-up skills
