Planning Support Officer

We're looking for a 'Planning Support Officer' for our Planning Department in KWS Türk Tarım Ticaret. This is a full-time permanent role based in Eskişehir Turkey. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up production processes from production plan to the sales delivery of the orders in line with certain targets within the company.
• Liaise with the procurement department in Germany, contact with suppliers, identify procurement schedules,
• Support Planning Manager with supply chain management activities
• Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives.
• Coordinate with cross functional managers about planning matters and support them with implementing changes in production field and facilities.
• Act as a bridge between General Transaction Center in Germany and Turkey office to assist with common queries and reporting requirements
• Establish sound rapport with all production teams and provide support about payments, investments & assets, grower invoices, SAP system operations.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties in line with their capabilities as and when required by the Management

Essential Skills and Competencies Required:

• Residing in Eskişehir Turkey, or willing to relocate
• Fluent English and Turkish, verbal and written, plus German would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree, preferably from Engineering or Business fields, Agricultural Engineering would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational environments
• Familiar with production, sales, and administrative lines of business
• Advanced user of MS Office Programmes
• No restrictions with travelling in Turkey or abroad
• Driver's License (Class B) and eager to drive when required
• Have proven experience displaying competencies of analytical mindset, delivering results, being a problem solver, being a team worker, an efficient communicator, a networker
• Able to join immediately
• No military service obligation
