As LY Holding, our company, operates  within Europe,  Americas , and Asia regions mainly specialized on cleaning services and technologies on automative industry by using self designed innovative technologies and robotic solutions and machineries. Robotics, lazer, dry ice and ultrasonic systems are major technological strengths.

We are searching experienced project engineers to be accomodated in our R&D and manafacturing facility based in Başiskele Kocaeli with following key skills & requirements;

• Familarity with at least one of the mechanical design softwares (Autodesk inventor, autocad).
•  Experience in designing electromechancal and control systems 
• At least 2 years experience in new product development/innovation tools such as Kano model, brainstorming, Value methodology, TRIZ, function analysis, DFMEA,DFA,DFM etc. 
• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning & tolerancing concepts and tolerance analysis.
•  Familiarity with Manufacturing and Inspection Processes (milling, turning, welding, braze etc.), 
• Ability to conduct benchmarking analysis 
• Ability to report the technical outputs appropriately in projects according to policy and procedures preferably experience in R&D projects substantiated by government, TUBITAK etc.
•  Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, particularly those of machining parts and assemblies. 
• Experience in a Phase-Gate development process. Complete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of product development. 
• General knowledge of related disciplines. Understanding of CAE tools (FEA, CFD, etc.) 
• Disciplined and well-organized in documentation (plans, requirements,technical drawings, design reviews, and test methods). 
  
• Working safely and complying with the company’s health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. 
• Experience working with cross functional, multicultural teams globally.
•  Have the capacity to understand a wide range of engineering functions and procedures 
• Excellent knowledge of physics, digital systems design, manufacturing processes, digital signal processing, mechatronics modelling and circuit analysis
•  Experience working with robots and artificial intelligence systems Have a good deal of experience with dynamic systems
