QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to optimize processes and workflows within the CIT sector.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing operational procedures, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define performance metrics and benchmarks for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity throughout the organization.
- Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Implement quality management systems to monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Proven experience (min 6 years) in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making and process optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to successful completion.
- Solid understanding of quality management principles, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving change, fostering innovation, and delivering results.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other relevant disciplines is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
