We are currently seeking a Security Officer for our local company, for which  providing Hospitality Insdustry,

Job Descriptions; 

• You will lead the security operations to safeguard our employees, guests, and property, 
• Your responsibilities include overseeing the team that screens guests at entry and delivering exceptional guest service. 
• You will also manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and coordinate patrols of the premises and its surroundings.
•  Through your leadership, it's essential that you demonstrate sound judgment, dependability, emotional control, integrity, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and professionalism at all times,

• You'll perform thorough pre-opening security checks to guarantee a safe environment for both staff and guests.
• Aid the Operations Manager in developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures, maintaining the organization's high standards and core values.
•  Write clear, concise incident reports and document suspicious activities in compliance with local regulations.
•  Observe, document, and report all safety hazards to the Operations and General Manager, contributing to a safe environment.
•  Ensuring that all access points are secure, and follow up on any suspicious activities by reporting them to the Operations and General Manager.
•  Provide basic first aid to injured parties on the property when necessary, demonstrating your readiness for emergency situations,
•  Enhanced guest safety and satisfaction through vigilant security practices and prompt resolution of concerns.

•  Effective implementation and adherence to security protocols, resulting in a safe environment for guests and staff.
•  Successful coordination and execution of pre-opening security measures, ensuring a seamless transition to operational status.
•  Positive feedback from guests and staff on the security team's professionalism and the safety of the premises.
