QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from Universities’ Logistics Management, Econometrics, International Trade and related Departments,
• 2-4 years Experience in Logistics sector,
• Advanced Level of MS Office Programs is required. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
• Preferably experienced in Sales and Customer relations,
• Demonstrates a strong aptitude for collaboration, fosters positive interpersonal relationships, and exhibits exceptional follow-up skills,
• Preferably knowledgeable on Foreign Trade, Import, Export, Customs Process and Legislation,
• Advanced Level of English,
• Experienced in Communication, Time Management, Planning and Job Follow-Up,
• Developed Organization and Reporting skills, responsible,
• Completed Military Obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Trade and Customer Relations Specialist is expected to work in the Trade and Customer Relations Department of Marport Terminal Operators which is part of Arkas Holding Port and Terminal Services Group, located in Ambarlı, Istanbul.

• Follow up, regulate, and report all commercial relations with existing and potential internal and external customers in the scope of receiver and sender within ports.
• Set up meetings with potential clients gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Supporting by reporting, conducting, and regulating advertisement, fair, promotion, sponsorship, and similar marketing activities of the businesses he/she is responsible for based on the Corporate Relations Coordinatorship.
• Supporting conducted CRM activities by protecting all internal and external customers’ relations with Marport.
• Realizing sales aimed at customer visits within the context of fulfilling the targeted budget and all the other performance scales.
• Follow up, implement, and report on potential and existing customers’ market performance analyses, competitor businesses’ cost, investment, and capacity performance and policies.
