QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,
• Proficient in English,
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, measurement, and test techniques,
• Knowledgeable about basic quality tools, competent in FMEA, 8D, PPAP, Control Plan, SPC,
• Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 – 45001, and 27001 topics,
• Preferably knowledgeable in gas metal arc welding and sheet metal forming,
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills,
• Proficient in 3D Measurement and Analysis topics,
• Capable of making quick decisions and creating practical solutions,
• Able to travel domestically and internationally,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the functioning of the process quality process,
• Verify the conformity of the product to the desired quality standards through quality indicators,
• Analyze internal problems and customer issues, take actions, and follow up,
• Conduct quality and process improvement activities,
• Generate solutions for encountered errors and inform the relevant team,
• Conduct improvement activities required by projects,
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on business processes,
• Communicate with customers regarding quality issues.
