We are looking for air Pricing Specialist who will be a part of our business development team. He/She dedicated to building and protecting long term relationships.

The primary objective of the Pricing Specialist will be to assist in procuring accurate and competitive rates for air services.

The Pricing Specialist will establish, maintain and analyze the most competitive market prices and makes recommendations that will facilitate optimal pricing decisions to be made by BD teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, accurate and complete quoting for assigned tenders.
• Performs analytics in terms of yields, industries, strategies, and authority.
• Optimizes the quoting done for Tenders in order to optimize the yields/profits of same.
• Makes independent analysis and pricing suggestions.
• Reduces pricing errors and optimizes the pricing approach.
• Manages stakeholders in Product Management.

We are looking for

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in handling Pricing, including Quotation and Tenders, within the shipping industry.
• The candidate should have experience with airfreaight and procurement and should be able to apply procurement tools to drive cost initiatives while focusing on fulfilling business requirements and managing vendor performance.
• Strong analytical mindset and exceptional prioritization skills for time-critical tasks.
• Ability to independently organize and structure daily work, efficiently managing workload with agility.
• The candidate we are looking for must have good communication, networking, and interpersonal skills that they can use to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Excellent command of English and Turkish.
