Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance roles (experience in managerial role is preferred)
• Ability to speak and write in English
• In-dept knowledge on SAP FI (ERP System) andMS Office Programs
• Knowledge about IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Knowledge about Turkish Law & Regulations of relevant accounting issues
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Strong technical accounting skills with a deep understanding of financial reporting, audit processes and regulatory reguirements
• Ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

As an Accounting Manager at Hyundai MOBIS, primary responsibilities will include:

Job Description

• Managing all aspects of the accounting operations, accounting functions including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general legder (GL) functions, fixed asset and inventory
• Ensuring financial reporting in compliance with local (Vergi Usül Kanunu/VUK) and international accounting standards (IFRS) and regulatory requirements
• Preparation of quarterly group IFRS reporting package (including financial statements and notes)
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, management reports and tax filings
• Organizing and monitoring all transactions of the company with official authorities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, HR and external auditors
• Leading the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audits by working with external auditors
• Developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Providing strategic guidance and insights to support decision-making and business growth
