Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks passionate PM Quality Engineer TR&ME who is expected to support our Project Management team at its activities.

 Job Description: 

• Inspect work quality in the different wind farms and production locations,
• Follow erection and commissioning works in turbines and identify inconsistencies,
• Quality Checks between Gate0 to Gate4 for all PM sites,
• Documentation control for all PM sites and head office,
• TN and SN follow up for continuing PM sites,
• Evaluate and organize Contractor evaluation forms,
• Support on Method Statement Documentation,
• Follow up Service-Now concept,
• Support planning and implementation of audits,
• Monitor the fulfilment of deviations and provide recommendations in time,
• Assure that work instructions are up to date,
• Organize internal quality trainings,
• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications,
• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met,
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards,
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff,
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures,
• Monitoring quality performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering branches,
• Experience in working in an international context,
• Willing to travel on a regular basis in Turkey,
• Flexible in working time and area,
• Excellent English language skills, German language would be beneficial,
• Computer literate, MS Office, SAP, databases and workload management systems,
• Able to work in high altitudes,
• Excellent in planning, organizing, systematic problem solving and end-to-end thinking

• Capacity for teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent power of comprehension and capable of making decisions
