QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist (temporary – 1 year employment contract) with expertise in using Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training and development. In addition, the candidate must have a high level of digital savvy competence to effectively utilize technology for HR processes on ’Workday’’ HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with HRBP for all Workday HCM system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics using Workday reporting tools.
  • Serve as the liaison between the HR department and Workday or other HCM system vendors, advocating for system enhancements or resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Manage the E2E recruitment and internship processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers digitally on Workday.
  • Manage the logistics of onboarding & orientation, training, and leadership development programs, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely entry of employee data into the Workday system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Prepare internal organizational announcements in collaboration with HR and Communication Team as needed.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records in accordance with Data Privacy and Personal Data Protection Law.
  • Collaborate with employees and people managers to provide HR support as needed.
  • Inform, advise, and support the team on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the Human Resources department.
  • Develop and prepare HR presentations as required.
  • Prepare all the necessary reports regarding departmental activities and required by business.
  • Organize and follow up HR Purchase Order (PO) in SAP and related vendor agreement processes in accordance with the Procurement and Legal department.
  • Manage the e-documentation, e-filing and e-archiving processes efficiently serve as the primary point of contact with HRBP for all Workday HCM system-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Physiology, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in HR functions.
  • Proven experience (preferably 1 year) working with Workday HCM systems in a HR-focused role.
  • Good command of using Workday reporting tools and analytics to extract and interpret data.
  • Digital savvy competence with the ability to leverage technology for HR processes and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of project management.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
