Technical Buyer Specialist

Job description;

·         Manage purchasing and procurementoperations of Indirect materials,

·         Perform the procurement processes of technical parts requirements , service, repair and maintance  according to requirements from departments,

·         Follow up technical request and make technical purchasing, finding and developing alternative suppliers,

·         Knowledge of coordinating and expediting logistics procedure (Shipments,Delivery,Custom Clearance,Storage Control)

·         Follow the delivery dates of ordered materials for technical parts,

·         Use the SAP system for new materials, make creation process and create material codes and manage stocks according to plant targets,

·         Organize and participate to the vendor meetings , notes and share with related departments,

·         Assistance to savings and improvement projects ,

·         Preparation of regular reports for responsible ,

·         Update MRP details of Suppliers, techical parts, lead time, safety stock etc. in SAP system,

·         Follow up parts prices on the market and update in the SAP system,

·         Follow up all regulations and laws which are related with job and keep relevant people up-to-date

·         Comminicate and report with Group Supply Chain category managers,

·         Complying with company policies, procedures, regulatory standards and update department procedures when needed.

Qualifications ;

·         Associate Degree or University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering ,

·         Experienced in a similar position and technical parts for 3 years

·         Experience in FMCG for and personal care is preferred

·         Fluent in written and spoken English

·         Knowledge of relevant import  and  custom legislation

·         Strong communication and organizational skills

·         Ability to follow up and rapid cost calculations

·         Strong MS Office skills (SAP knowledge is preferred)
