QUALIFICATIONS

•  Graduated from a reputable university from department of Electrical Engineering
  
•  Fluent in English; second foreign language will be an asset,
  
•  Excellent command of MS Office programs ( command of SAP will be prefered),
  
•  At least 7-8 years of experiences in PM planning and maintenance department.
  
•  Result- oriented, competent in team work and analytic.
  
•  Having good Skills in Automation Specially PLC and Drives.
  
•  No military obligation for male candidates
  
•  Residing in Istanbul on the Anatolian side or Kocaeli (Gebze & Darıca)
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Establish daily and monthly preventive maintenance plan and scheduling for maintenance team.
  
•  Capability to study manual of machineries to prepare pm checklist for machineries and utilities.
  
•  Preparing and implementing all actions related to preventive maintenance and repair of machineries in production lines and utilities.
  
•  Planning calibration of inline instruments and ensuring full compliance with the standard
  
•  Preparing and following regular reports along with preventive and predictive maintenance to management.
  
•  Follow-up of periodic repairs of devices, tools and equipment, and control according to the monthly checklist.
  
•  Establishment of maintenance plans and instructions related to the maintenance and monitoring of their correct and complete implementation.
