As Peratek Teknik Medical Systems, we have been operating since 2010 in the fields of medical device design and production in Turkey with our experienced staff, on behalf of our mother company (Ondal Medical System GmbH) in Germany.

Ondal Medical System GmbH (ondal.com) is a world leading company in providing ceiling supply units and suspension systems in medical environment. The headquarter is located in Hünfeld, Germany but Ondal holds also subsidiaries in the USA, China and Turkey (Peratek). Our customers are medical devices manufacturers all over the world. Ondal grows its business rapidly in the past decade. Now we are planning to expand our organization and production to meet the demand of international and local customers. Therefore, we are looking for a Production Manager with a strong technical and leadership background in an industrial production to build up and lead our operations organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Head of the operations team at our Istanbul facility consisting of Assembly Team, Industrial Engineering, inbound, outbound Logistic incl. Warehouse, strategic and operative Purchasing, Production Control

·       Leading and training of the operations team. Ensuring that the team works disciplined, motivated at a high quality standard,

·       Development and execution of the production strategy / process acc. to the LEAN method,

·       Responsible for continuous improvement and optimization of the productivity,

·       Shopfloor management incl. the necessary production KPI´s for quality, delivery performance, efficiency, e.t.c.

·       Run, coordinate and monitor the production process,

·       Capacity planning incl. workers, machines and workstations to ensure the delivery capability,

·       Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, worker safety, and environmental protection regulations,

·       Management reporting,                                    

·       Industrialization of new products in our operations processes,

·       Owner of the MRP system for the Production and Logistics,

Skills:

·       Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production management, manufacturing technology or equivalent,

·       Long-term experience in leading teams in an industrial production,

·       Project Management skills,

·       Experience in the LEAN tools like KANBAN, KAIZEN, PULL Method,…

·       High effective communication capability, able to work in a complex and dynamic environment,

·       Strong personality,

·       Experience in leading a production with P&L responsibility / Deep economic knowledge,

·       Experience in change processes,

·       Experiences in working in an international environment,

·       Language skills: Fluent English is mandatory. German for working communications is desirable,
