QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Prosim Kimya , is a leading agency and distribution company, supplying specialty chemical raw materials from more than 40 world-leading international companies since 1997.  Our group company Polimer Arge   located in Kocaeli-Kartepe is our polyester resins plant. We also carry on our export activites wih export trade and warehouse sales to Russia, CIS , Europe and Middle Eastern countries.

We are seeking for ' Import Operations Specialist '  to take part in our expanding organization  in our head office  located in Rumelihisari-Istanbul

The job carries the responsibilities of:

.     Following customer and supplier orders

·         Placing the purchase orders to our principal companies

·         Organizing the delivery of goods by arranging the import or export logistics.

·         Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies ,

·         Selection of logistics and customs-related service providers.

·         Good customer oriented approach in delivering services

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor's Degree in management or a related field

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations, inward processing

·         Good command of English both written and spoken is a must,

·         Working knowledge on ERP systems operation functions,

·         Knowledge of Turkish foreign trade and Customs regulations

·         Hard and dynamic worker,

·         Having interpersonal skills to act as a team player,

·         No military obligation for male candidates,

.         Has knowledge of process and procedures of ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and AEO certificates

·         Residence in short distance to company office (Rumeli Hisarı) is preferred
