Job Description

- Responsible for leadership, delivery, quality and cost of the Plastic Injection Moulding Production Shop.

- Make sure that health and safety standards, industrial safety and occupational safety instructions are being strictly followed.

- Provide technical leadership for department, including recommending and implementing equipment, process and mat

- Prepare production plans and operation programs for all plastic production machines. Follow up on the implementation of work orders in accordance with the plan approved

- Handle the daily production process and all the related activities.

- Prepare production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions

- Monitor and analyze the scrap ratios and any deviation in the expected production rates

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding

- Strong knowledge of machine parameters, material properties, mould & machine maintenance

- Lean manufacturing tools experience is must

- Demonstrated problem solving skills

- Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, project management and influencing skills

- Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal coaching

- ERP knowledge will be advantageous, but not compulsory

- Good level of English speaking
