Financial Controller

We are looking for a Financial Controller for our global business partner.

Job Description:

Administer the accounting books per the accounting and taxation rules and report monthly to group finance In Austria.

Prepare Monthly Profit and Loss, balance sheet, and Intercompany reconciliation.

Prepare and submit the annual Budget and Best Forecast review packs to Group Finance.

Preparation and Involvement in cash flow planning and analysis

Prepare presentations and reports (both Financial and KPI) for management

Prepare return On Investment analysis for any Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Monitor for Actual

Calculation and monitoring of cost prices, as well as investigating related variances

Treasury: Administer the bank accounts and upload/release payments in line with the company's "Four eyes" principle

IT: Help improve our systems' efficiency or develop new ones – a critical competence.

Prepares business and financial analyses to support local management in achieving sales targets, monitoring operating expenses, and meeting set profit targets

Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with Wienerberger AG Policies and Procedures.

Develop and update internal control methodology and procedures per Group Manual.

Quarterly Accruals and prepayments (OSMI-NRV; Bad Debt) Review of KPIs (stock/credit control/margins/overheads/channels), review of the month-end file

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years experience in the area

Confident use of Microsoft Office (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred

Excellent knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS requirements

Fluent in Englis
