Finance & Business Analyst (English Required)

This position will play a critical role in financial analysis and planning within the organization. Responsibilities will include preparing cash flow statements, determining accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for production seasons, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customer contracts, and conducting ad-hoc analyses such as investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and market research. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary company contact for US GAAP-related declarations and processes with business partners and local / foreign auditors.

Detailed responsibilities include:

• Prepare annual budget in collaboration with budget owners.
• Collect, compile, and review all purchase and payment requests from budget owners.
• Prepare cash flow statements to forecast and monitor financial performance.
• Compare actual cash flow performance vs. budgeted value. Identify and escalate any issues or material deviations to management.
• Determine accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) for production seasons at customer / product level, incorporating factors such as materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Follow up on customer contract status, and maintain archive of all official documentation. Maintain summary of terms / price list per year.
• Follow up on customer contracts to ensure that all services are correctly invoiced and that invoices are issued on time.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, including investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and market research, to support strategic decision-making and management initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for US GAAP-related declarations and processes with business partners and foreign auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for business planning and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on input cost trends, general industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
