Operation Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 2 years of aviation experience,
• High level of written and spoken communications in English,
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Able to work in shifts and flexible hours,
• Commercial mindset and full comprehension of sales and marketing principles,
• Deep understanding of sales & consumer data as well as competitive analysis,
• Excellent communication and follow up skills,
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines required 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Facilitate the coordination of all flights operated by Redstar.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from providers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Ensure crewmembers meet all entry requirements (Visa, Gen-Dec, etc) for countries being visited.
• Make rapid decisions concerning safety, regulations, and economy of operations.
• Collaborate with Flight Ops Department to plan flight schedules and air crew assignments.
