We are looking for 'Production Manager' for our growing Turkey organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the engineering departments of universities,
• 5 years experienced in similar tasks in the sectors producing with corrugated cardboard, offset, flexo and master flexo printing techniques (corrugated sector is preferred),
• Having team management and leadership skills,
• To work in coordination with different units and to work on projects and cost reductions
  
• IT skills are improved,
• Has advanced level of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organize, coordinate and control daily production based on meeting deadlines, machine productivity and resource and material optimization criteria to meet our customers' needs and optimize costs.
• To define the production targets in line with the general goals of the company and to design the necessary action plan to reach them with its team,
• Completing the annual production to achieve the goals related to waste, productivity and costs.
• To create acceptance criteria of new machines and to ensure machine commissioning according to these criteria.
• In order to obtain the maximum output from the available resources, Logistics together with the distribution, preventive maintenance, cleaning, workloads, etc. coordinate.
• Following the production policies coming from Saica Global and implementing them in the field and reporting to the global.
• Define and implement the annual continuous improvement plan.
• Prepare and monitor the training plan for his team, with a focus on creating and maintaining multiple skill production goals.
• To prepare an action plan to analyze quality-related customer demands and to correct and prevent them.
• Providing support for product improvements.
• Coordinating activities in their areas of responsibility: production, engineering and continuous improvement.
• To ensure order and cleanliness to ensure optimum working conditions in the facility.
