Job Description:

Coordinate and execute with the help of his supervisors under minimum supervision from the maintenance superintendent with the Company policies and Safety & Environment Standard, the following tasks 

• He has three section under his direct supervision , rotating , static and fabrication workshops , to monitor his supervisor work crew performances, evaluate personnel, counsel and handle all personnel problems.
• Coordinates daily execution of mechanical works and follow up , Act as self-initiative, updating the company maintenance superintendent , with the critical issues on time .
• Manages the mechanical supervisors performance appraisals , mentor as required    Turnaround activity follow up and secure implementation all tasks in timely way.
• Providing support to company mechanical coordinator , and act his position when he  is not available , Attends all required meetings.
• Ensures that the mechanical supervisors follow all Maximo processes , and closing work order with proper feed back  
• Assisting maintenance superintendent and planning coordinator evaluating scope of works , reports , bidders as required  

Educational Level and Training:

• High diploma in Technological school or equivalent
• English language (speak, read, write) 

Required Experience:

• At least with 10 years experience in his line of profession and actual experience in oil & gas industry.
• Experience in using MAXEMO system
• No issues with traveling abroad and performing duties.
