In order to sustain this power, we are looking for a new teammate as “Controlling Team Leader” in Çerkezköy, reporting to Account and Finance Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics or relevant departments
• Master’s degree is an asset
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Audit 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools
• ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus 
• Strong analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English is essential
• No travel restriction within Europe
• Majority of work time in Çerkezköy or Bolu. Work from home possible depending on work conditions
• Good communication and teamworking skills across different levels of hierarchy

JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will be the contact person for financial data for the Management Board and Global Controlling
• In close collaboration with sales and operations you will analyze product margins and costs and benchmark with other EU sites 
• You will consolidate, analyze and present the financial business development
• You will be responsible for continuous improvement of Controlling Processes and SAP applications
• You will prepare business plans, investment calculations and promote operational improvements
• You will pursue the Budget Planning, Controlling and Rolling Forecast
• You will travel to other sites of SCHOTT in Europe for benchmark and training
