QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise accounting operations for statutory accounting and group reporting, and Manage and oversee in a daily basis the entire accounting team,
- Responsible of all accounting processes (cash and bank, supplier, contractor and customer account,
- Reconsolidation of GL accounts and monthly closing process,
- Cooperate with other accounting and finance departments on methodology of Chart of Accounts and General Ledger,
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, etc.) and submit periodical management reports to group finance function,
- Prepare and submit official declarations (to tax authority, social security institution etc.) in a timely manner,
- Periodical bank, customer and supplier account reconciliations,
- Participate in budgeting and future projections,
- Develop and implement accounting procedures,
- Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review,
- Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audit.
