Job Description

The Technology Manager will be pivotal in ensuring our technology meets the highest standards of functionality and innovation. This role involves comprehensive management of after-sales technical support, overseeing in-house IT operations, leading software development initiatives for our interactive displays, and managing product development and vendor collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

After-sales Support: Provide prompt and effective technical assistance for interactive display issues. Handle device repairs and maintenance, ensuring durability and optimal functioning.

In-house IT Support: Manage all internal IT support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee the functionality and troubleshooting of our ERP system.

Software Development: Lead development projects to enhance the software integrated into our interactive displays, improving user experience and functionality.

Product Management: Oversee new product development initiatives and maintain effective collaborations with vendors to ensure high-quality product supply and innovation.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of three, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in technical support or IT management, ideally within the technology or electronics sector.

Demonstrated capability in managing ERP systems and leading software development projects.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
