ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum BSc Degree in Engineering (chemistry, chemical engineering and/or Food Engineering  graduation would be the most relative to the role),
• Min. 3 years of experience in the use of GC-MS system and the device,
• Preferably experienced in flavor raw materials.
• Excellent communication skills - work closely and flexibly with internal and external co-workers.
• Ability to exercise complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established company guidelines
• Detail & Result oriented and organized with strong initiative and sense of ownership with all aspects of the job
• Having completed military service for male candidates,
• Istanbul European side residence is important since Seluz Facility is located at Selimpaşa Silivri: preferably Küçükçekmece, Avcilar, Beylikdüzü, Silivri districts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct GC-MS analysis of required samples, evaluate test results, and report to related flavorist for further processing.
• Preparation of samples for GC-MS analysis (soxhlet, extraction, etc.),
• Compile, organize and maintain test data records,
• Give technical support to lab colleagues when required,
• Provide technical support to production and customer service as needed,
• Perform analysis in accordance with lab .
