General Qualifications

• University graduate from engineering fields or related fields, preferably industrial engineering,
• Experienced in planning and logistic activities (automotive experience is a plus),
• English is a must, German is a plus,
• Min 2 years of experience in planning activities,
• Good communication,team working and management skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Good PC Skills (MS Office)

Job Description

• Daily checking of demand from customer(OEM's),controlling of shipping documents as well as invoices and delivery notes so that parts will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany according to orders.
• Weekly review of long-term delivery requests from customer, prepare pick up sheets for production plant to order finished good inventory at warehouse on time.
• Tracking the payment of these invoices with customer
• Manage customer rental packaging so that it is ordered on time, shipped according to the defined packaging and there are no discrepancies in inventory at Warehouse vs customer account in portal.
• Responsible for optimal management of inventory of products & containers in the warehouse
• Analyze customer order every week and define deviations from the forecast
• Inform customer on time about delivery plan in case of shortages or Schedule changes
• Activities to increase the effectiveness of the ERP system (MS Dynamics - ATOS)
• Ensure that engineering changes are done on time according to FIFO without any excess/obsolete materials.
• Being replacement for Planning Department about Production Plant Capacity Planning, Raw Material Planning and Production Planning.
• Following up department KPIs.
