Training Specialist

We are looking for a Traning Specialist to join our Training & Support team to train our new and existing customers. Your main responsibilities will be visiting customers and teaching them how to use Estesoft in the most efficient way and keeping in touch with them to maximize their loyalty to our product.

This position requires advanced level of English knowledge and a lot of international/domestic traveling, so the ideal candidate must be able to travel whenever needed.

Qualifications:

• Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• Additional Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish knowledge will be considered a huge plus
• Able to travel internationally to train foreign customers
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar, customer facing or training positions
• Extremely presentable personality

Responsibilities:

• Learn the product as fast as you can so that you can provide the best training for our customers
• Follow up the customers that you have trainged and try to build the best relations existing customers
• Take ownership of customers as an account manager during their first steps using Estesoft
• Keep up with our business development & software engineering teams to learn the latest news about our product
