JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyzing the order data coming from the customer and transferring it to the system correctly,
• Providing information flow to the planning department as a result of analyzes,
• Questioning possible changes in order data on the customer side and informing the planning department to take action on the issue,
• Tracking the stocks of orders and ensuring that the necessary action is taken before the shipment date in case of foreseen risks,
• Ensuring production at the right time by working in coordination with planning and informing the customer in case of possible delays and organizing the shipment so that there is no risk,
• Working with logistics to ensure that shipments are made on time and in the required quantities,
• Ensuring and controlling the flow of necessary information and documents to the customer after loading,
• In case of possible delays and quality problems, cooperating and communicating with both the customer and the relevant units in order to meet customer needs and making the necessary shipment organization,
• Ensuring that all requests and complaints received from customers are forwarded to the relevant unit,
• Keeping in touch with customers, tracking up-to-date information and transferring it to the relevant units,
• Tracking logistics performances.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from four-year faculties of universities,
• Having worked in similar positions for at least two years,
• To have experience in the use of Microsoft Office /SAP SD /WSW modules in computer use,
• Advanced level English and German,
• Willing to live in Düzce.
