TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in December 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye.

TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines from a reputable university or a similar field Electronics Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the defense or aviation sectors,
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities,
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Proficiency in DOORS,
• Knowledge in preferably in Zuken E3,
  
• In-depth knowledge of wiring standards such as MIL-W-5088 or SAE-AS-50881,
• Knowledge and/or experience in wiring for network protocols such as High-speed Ethernet, ARINC 429, RS-232, RS-485,
• Familiarity with wiring standards like EWIS, SAE-AS-50881, or IPC-WHMA-A-620, and ARINC 628,
• Experience in using wire design tools such as NX, Solid Edge, and Harnware,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, preferably those created by Boeing, Airbus, and other aircraft manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and analyzing aircraft cabin and electrical systems and components, with a focus on commercial aircraft cabin wirings and equipment wiring (knowledge of AA/EASA Part 25 regulations is preferable).
• Thoroughly understanding and successfully capturing the specific requirements of leading aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus and Boeing.
• Creating Wiring Diagrams and harness manufacturing drawings.
• Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality materials that conform to industry standards and specifications.
• Proficiently selecting appropriate materials for aircraft wiring components, considering environmental and electrical conditions.
• Conducting 3D wire routing for avionic equipment.
• Preparing detailed 3D CAD designs and 2D drawings for production and manufacturing phases.
• Developing test plans, methods, and reports.
• Testing and validating systems to ensure they meet all requirements and specifications.
• Optimizing the layout and routing of systems.
• Collaborating with other departments, including procurement and manufacturing, to ensure systems are manufactured and installed correctly.
