Your responsibilities:

• Ensure quality goals are met by providing test strategy, test plan, analysis of delivery items, risks, environmental needs and status reports.
• Execute test scenarios for functionality, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Define testing metrics to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Provide leadership to others in the testing domain, build required capabilities for testing, support other testers with necessary skills and tools to achieve quality goals.
• Lead a high-performing team of QA engineers of various levels of experience.
• Partner with the product owner to ensure quality for a product/feature, assess risks and ensure features ship with a high-quality bar.
• Partner with software development teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product.
• Plan, develop and execute a test strategy across the organization in close collaboration with the Project/product stakeholders.
• Build a quality driven engineering culture that helps ship products rapidly and with confidence.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans.

What we expect:

• B.S degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
• 7+ years of test/quality engineering experience and at least 2 years of QA leadership experience,
• Test management experience in establishing and coordinating test activities from scratch,
• Have a strong understanding of quality assurance and testing processes within an agile environment with an eye toward innovating and improving test processes,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Experience in one scripting language and automation framework and UI & service testing,
• Experience in SQA methodology and standard testing tools such as Jira, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestCafe, and Karate,
• Hands-on experience in TestNG / JUnit, Maven/Gradle, BDD/TDD,
• Experience on test automation platforms such Lambdatest, Browserstack,
• Experience on CI/CD Automation solutions will be a plus,
• Experience on Azure DevOps will be a plus.
