We are looking for ‘‘English Language Trainer’’in our Tempo BPO company .

Requirements

• Native level in English and Turkish.
• Having an experience in English Language Teaching or similar position.
• Have significant Training experience gained at English Language Trainer level ideally within a high volume, fast-paced environment,
  
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
• Ability to use or design effective English language training programs.
• Outstanding coaching skills.
• Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to flexible working hours.

Job Description

• Providing English language training to employees of the company, either face-to-face or online.
• Monitoring the language abilities and development of each employee.
• Educational records that are appropriate to each employee's rates and levels.
• Providing practical applications for effective communication programs.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude, focused on continuous improvement of all processes
