Production Engineer

Our business partner, which operates in FMCG sector, is looking for a "Production Engineer".

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments, (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering degree etc.)

• Min 5 years experience in Lean Product,

• Have full knowledge of TPM methodolgy,

• Problem solving skills by using WCM tools (5G,5Whys,5W+1H,4M),

• Have full knowledge Management of WCM Model Area Activities for AM pillar

• MS Office applications and SAP knowledge,

• Fluent in English

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and reporting skills,

• Residency in Manisa or İzmir

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Defining and implementing activities for the optimization of the production factors

• Implementing all the actions necessary to guarantee the quality of the product and production process on the Line

• Guaranteeing compliance with proper standards of ISO, HACCP, Environmental, Safety, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices

• Guaranteeing that the standards of hygiene and safety on the line within his / her area of competence are complied with in collaboration with the supervisor on the shift

• Checking that the maintenance interventions have been carried out in the specified times and according to the standards of hygiene and sanitization

• Ensuring the proper principles propagation, making sure that company guidelines are followed by the entire productive system under his area of competence

• Organizing/coordinating training activities in order continuously educate his own team whenever necessary

• Promoting new tools and techniques taking advantage/inspiration by the day-by-day observation of process and working attitude

• Promoting an effective communication on performance and losses elimination to all the actors able to influence them

• Supporting the Production Manager and Maintenance in defining the Investments Budget and Maintenance Budget of the line under his competence
