Merchandiser Assistant

Job Description:

1. Follow up the purchasing of raw materials from domestic and abroad, product exporting, and payment settlement;

2. Make, organize and archive trade contracts and documents in English, and complete relevant reports to ensure their integrity, accuracy and security;

3. Looking for new suppliers for raw material;

4. Coordinate with forwarders, logistics companies, customs brokers, and insurance companies to ensure a smooth trade process;

5. Communicate with direct leaders in English and report work progress every day;

6. Regularly check with the financial department for business payments, inventory and taxes;

7. Complete the market research and information collection work formulated by the company on time;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

1. Residing or will be able to reside in Cerkezkoy or Corlu

2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

3. Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Business English or related majors,

4. At least 1 year of working experience in trade-related fields, familiar with import and export and domestic trade related knowledge, and the documentary operation procedures;

5. Good computer operation level, proficient in using word, excel, outlook and other office software;

6. Good team spirit, good communication, coordination and execution skills;

7. Honest and reliable, good conduct, strong learning ability, practical work, serious and meticulous, quick and sensitive response, strong sense of responsibility, and a certain ability to work under pressure.
