• Engineering degree from reputable universities, MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant marketing role
• Proven track record in product management
• Multi-industry experience is an asset
• Well experienced in project management
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills

• Excellent written and conversational skills in English
• Advanced computer skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs
• Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing plan for relevant product categories
• Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels
• Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, promotion programs, loyalty program activities and ensure their execution
• Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal-setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results
• Actively manage new product launches
• Develop, implement and update product training to sales force on an ongoing basis
• Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits
• Lead B2B and B2B2C projects such as e-business, loyalty, etc.
• Work closely with Sales Team and also with Brand Management
