We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Bid Consultant who has minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role. You will get the chance of working with smart people across to globe, from London to Kuala Lumpur, for innovative business outcomes that make a difference and you will get the chance of challenging yourself on projects that touches millions of people every day.



Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree preferably in Computer Science / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Telecommunication with at least 3 years of experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing or Pre-sales (alternatively Project Management)
  • Preferably - Minimum 2 years’ experience in software industry preferably in Omni-channel banking and/or CRM
  • Preferably - has experience with large bids in minimum one of the following sectors: Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy & Utilities, European Institutions, Public Sector
  • Has the ability to successfully address specifications in the context of tendering with adequate level of details and quality
  • A communicative and highly motivated team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Resourceful and proactive, and driven for further success
  • Ability to follow instructions received orally or in written form
  • High attention to detail
  • Positive attitude working in a high pressure environment with challenging deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English                                                            


Job Description

  • Managing the bid qualification process for new opportunities
  • Managing virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, and finance, commercial, legal and delivery
  • Analyzing RFP / RFI issued by client, with regards to all economical / financial aspects, and define the bid operational strategy taking into account the commercial strategy
  • Preparing technical and commercial proposal files
  • Contributing in cost and price calculations
  • Ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
  • Reporting in accordance with all applicable requirements and routines
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company, product, and industry through continuous education
  • Being a team player curious for new technologies and willing to work in an international environment
