We are currently looking for a new member to our team who will work as FINANCE SPECIALIST with the following qualifications:

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


  • University Degree in a related field,
  • 5-7 years similar experience in corporations and banking industry,
  • Strong Analytical skills with a 'control' mindset,
  • Ability to meet deadlines,
  • Ability to work and support cross functionally,
  • Proficient in Excel, having worked in an ERP Environment,
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines with conflicting priorities,
  • Advanced level of English.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supporting preparation of weekly payment lists,
  • Handle and being responsible for important local suppliers correspondance and reconciliations via phone or e-mail,
  • Ensure the local important invoices are paid in accordance with agreed supplier terms,
  • Contribute to the efficient execution of the accounting department,
  • Ensure Bank guarantee letters follow up including to supply all approvals from Legal ,Treasury and Bank,
  • Assist with monthly statuary reports and monthly closings activities for Turkey &  Central Asia countries,
  • Calculate stamp duty tax for the contracts,
  • Perform other duties with banks such as bank orders, manual payments both taxes and for some suppliers,
  • Supporting statuary audit requests,
  • Supporting Shared Services functions C2C,R2R ,P2P,
  • Performs other duties as required to support Country Finance Manager Turkey & Central Asia.

 

Preferred Candidate

5 - 8 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
