JOB DESCRIPTION  

The Social Community Advisor will be part of the Market PDC-CEC team and will be responsible for moderating the all UL SM accounts to prevent UL reputation, help inform marketing & consumers according to business strategy. He/she will ensure that all SM queries, complaints and questions are shared with regarding teams with the cases and responded on time, He/she will also be responsible for ensuring to alert crisis management team about the critical issues immediately. In case of a critical issue, alignment with the corporate communication, legal and marketing team is mandatory. Not just in case of negative comments and questions coming from our consumers, but also the praises and conversational conversations are also under responsibility of CEC social community management team members.  So, all comments and DMs of all social media channels are in scope of the responsibility for all UL brands. The individual will be responsible for providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight on PDC projects, whilst working alongside specialist analysts in the speciality hubs where required. As a part of Digital Hub Squads, Social Community Advisor is responsible for supporting the squad in his/her area. To delight consumers every day, he/she is responsible for creating best conversation and providing best solution to them by using new technologies /tools/ innovations as per expectations and strategy of UL. 

Preferred Candidate

3 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
