We are looking to recruit a motivated Sales Representative to grow the profitable Weichai Powertrain System business in Turkey, working with customers (as appropriate) to identify a pipeline of opportunities and drive execution to meet and exceed growth targets for the region.

The following skills and work experience are preferred

· Knowledge of engine/Commercial Vehicle/Construction Industries/Agriculture machinery.

· Prior experience in engine system development (preferably in the off-highway industry)

· Engine and/or machinery integration knowledge and experience,

Other job requirements

· Lead the business through managing sales, marketing and service activity in Turkey

· Drive market growth and profitability. Execute commercial strategy in the region.

· Direct market research capabilities to ensure the product and engineering teams have the tools to understand target markets thoroughly.

· Experience managing sales through dealers or direct to customers

· Provide "voice of customer" and market intelligence for technology / product / services improvement actions and associated strategies to enhance competitiveness.

· Working with the Marketing team, create and deliver marketing campaigns in the region.

· Work collaboratively with other functions - Engineering, Supply Chain, Aftermarket, Product Support, and any other disciplines required, to ensure customer satisfaction.

· The ability and willingness to travel 50%,mainly in Turkey.

Basic Qualifications

· 3+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience in sales/engineering/marketing.

· A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing, from an accredited college or university.  Equivalent experience with dealer and customer engagement

· Be honest and integrity, brave to take responsibility, work hard and be good at teamwork.

· Be active to make progress, be interested in study new knowledge, have positive work attitude.

· A native Turkish speaker, fluent English and/or Chinese communication  and writing skills
