Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for an efficient Sales Support to join our team with an excellent organizational, attention to details, collaborating with team members and record keeping skills. This person will support our sales team from the office.

Perform in below titles;

- ORDER: Handling of customer orders (price offers, order confirmations, merging orders, transport,coordinating and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures)

- STOCK: By handling the orders also taking care for the stock  (control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies, assist in forecasting to plan future orders)

- REPORTS : Understand needs and shortly returns with articulable reports about orders & delivery times & consumption.

-TEAM SUPPORT: Supporting the sales team from the office.

Requirements

-Experience in shipping and receiving

-Organization of internal deliveries

-Understanding of forecasting and ordering 

-Attention to the projects and understand priorities

-Proficient in MS Office

-Using our internal computer system (Micro)

-Excellent organizational and record keeping skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
