QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant for the headquarter in Istanbul. The Executive Assistant will work directly with Chairman of the Board and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to top management,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Self-motivating and always able to maintain a positive attitude,
  • Maturity to handle multiple tasks and confidential issues,
  • Stress tolerance, pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills and disciplined for follow-up,
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter, well-organized, extremely detail-oriented,
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills,
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Presentable, self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
  • No restriction of travel

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Chairman of the Board with the daily work organization,
  • Manage the calendar and set up meetings,
  • Organizing domestic and overseas meetings,
  • Providing communication and coordination with all units,
  • Providing follow-up of concurrent tasks in workflows,
  • Preparing the necessary reports on time,
  • Providing ad-hoc support as required to the other departments
  • Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations,
  • Providing follow-up of concurrent tasks in workflows,
  • Scheduling and maintaining complex calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings and travel itineraries, coordinating related arrangements.
