·       Understanding needs of the market & customer

·       Translate customer requirements into system requirements and propose system solution that solves business problem

·       Stay up-to date and transfer product knowledge and “best practice” to the rest of the team

·       Perform consultancy activities in compliance with 3DS Value Engagement Methodology

·       Expertise ENOVIA applications and processes

·       Leverage collaboration between 3DS organization for project success and customer satisfaction

·       Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope

·       Support Solution Architect & System Integrators

·       Write from the functional specifications the Technical Specification Dossier defining all needed Developments / Parameterizations aligned with R&D best practices

·       Provide on customer new requests and scope changes the impact analysis, sizing and planning modification to project manager

·       Integrate the various software components, and after tests deliver the integration package with the expected quality criteria, in compliance with the Project process gates

·       Conduct first-level analysis on the critical issues: diagnose faults (problem with the content, process, tool or environment, RCA (Root Cause Analysis))

·       Interlock with R&D to resolve technical applications development issues and relay all in & out Project information

·       Leverage IFWE Loop to manage customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information

Background & Competence

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in Solution Consultancy on  ENOVIA

·       Experience in business processes & implementation

·       Knowledge in Problem Solving & Technical Reporting

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

·       Having no restriction on traveling

·       No military obligation

·       Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs, MS Project & MS Visio

·       Excellent verbal and written skills in English

·       Listening to different perspective and showing flexibility
