QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yılmaden Holding, established in 2014, is the metals and mining division of Yıldırım Group of Companies, a fast-growing industrial conglomerate based in Istanbul, Turkey. At Yılmaden, we work together across all business units located in 7 different countries with one objective that is extracting the valuable minerals such as chromite from the ground and turn it into ferroalloys, chrome metals and chemicals.

For our growing organization, we are looking for a Senior Budget and Reporting Specialist to be based in Maslak Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       BSc/MSc degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance etc.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in a related area

·       Written and oral fluency in English

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

·       High level of communication, interpersonal and prioritizing skills

·       Ability to work under pressure and adapt to strict deadlines

·       Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

·       Hyperion, Qlik Sense and SAP knowledge is beneficial    

·       Big four audit/tax service experience is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·       Managing and coordinating the annual budget and the estimation process

·       Monitoring actual performance and comparing to the budgeted figures

·       Preparing management reports and presentations for relevant business units

·       Preparing production cost analysis to provide insights to the top management

·       Preparing ad hoc reports demanded by the management
