YILPORT Holding is a privately held, wholly owned subsidiary of YILDIRIM Group, established in 2011 to combine port and container terminal operations of YILDIRIM Group under one roof, was acclaimed as the 2nd fastest-growing International Terminal Operator in the world in 2015, with the aim of entering amongst the top 10 of global terminal operators by 2025.

YILPORT Holding is one of the fastest growing and most developed Turkish industrial groups with its container terminals in Region Turkey, Region Nordic, Region Iberia and Region LATAM respectively.

For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role at the “Global Technical Services Department” as a“Business Analyst" reporting directly to CTO of YILPORT Holding.

The position will be based in YILPORT Holding headquarters located at YILDIRIM Tower,Maslak, Istanbul, TURKEY.


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/ or Information Systems, and other related programs
  • Have minimum 5 years of work experience,
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese are preferable),
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Projects) and Mini tab etc.), preferably in Excel and data review
  • Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (SAP, MS-SQL)
  • Industry knowledge in production, manufacturing, mining, rail or oil & gas and experience in fully automated and/or high-speed production environment in Engineering or Technology roles will be an asset
  • Preferably has Lean / Six Sigma knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in data collection, data optimization, process improvements
  • Ability to convert available data in comprehensible formats, to identify irregularities in data streams and presentations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse workforce at all levels in a multi-cultural environment and team
  • Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks in a dead-line oriented work environment
  • Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
  • Must be a creative thinker, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally when required
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Reside in/able to relocate İstanbul.


Reporting to CTO, the position will be mainly responsible for the development, implementation and support  of maintenance standards for Technical Services globally by collecting and analyzing all data and converting in Global Standards as set out by Management. 

While preparing global standards, the ideal candidate will be providing periodic overview of Technical Services performance regarding equipment performance and cost overviews. Additional responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Collecting and reviewing all data from all Regions regarding spare parts, work orders, asset information and performance, total cost of ownership,
  • Analyzing available equipment data and KPIs for consistency and accuracy
  • Supporting Regions and Terminals with CMM systems
  • Developing Global Standards for reporting, definitions and KPIs and consolidating the data and evaluate
  • Assisting with technical analysis of Technical Services processes, assets performance and spare parts strategies as well as the integration testing of data collection systems of the terminal equipment during commissioning phase
  • Following up the assessment of data collection systems designed and installed by equipment suppliers as required
  • Will be responsible for the research and development on improvements for the Technical Services, selection of equipment improvements and Project Management as required
  • Acting as a liaison between the Technical team and Management team so as to assist in the development of requirements needed for the business.
