For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a "Network Senior Specialist" to be based in YILPORT Holding Headquarter in Maslak and/ or in Gemlik.

• University degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in network and security area.
• Experience and good knowledge for; TCP /IP, Internet, VPN, SSL, MPLS, Switching, Routing, Cabling (Fiber optic and UTP), Wi-Fi, PABX and CCTV, NAC,
• Hands on experience of designing and implementation of network projects,
• Experience of network monitoring, problem resolution, root cause analysis,
• Able to work with tight deadlines in a multinational environment,
• Effective communication skills with all layers including vendors,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
• "Can do" approach as well as carrying team player skills,
• Compliance with policy and procedures,
• Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only),
• Reside in European side of İstanbul and /or Gemlik-Bursa

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the System Senior Manager, Network Senior Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of network projects (LAN- WAN- Voice and Security) for all terminals and ports located in Region Turkey, Iberia, Nordic and LATAM.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of network and security systems and identifying and fixing problems and capacity issues.
• Performing root cause analysis of the problems and creating action plans for the permanent solutions.
• Conducting security risk and vulnerability assessment for computer networks and related infrastructure and developing and applying technical security control.
• Reviewing and maintaining the networking plans and assisting with planning of the technology infrastructure to deliver network infrastructure services.
• Following developments in computer networking and communications infrastructure, and utilizes this knowledge in performing job duties.
• Developing solutions for the operational excellence with reduced costs.
• Co-operating with other IT teams and vendors to create the optimum solutions while preparing technical designs for the projects.
• Implementation and management of CCTV systems.
• Preparing standards for cabling and active systems.
• Asset, Configuration and Resource Management for his/her own area
• Documentation of procedures, producing regular reports for the systems
• Providing support to system admin team
