For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic #gamechanger to take an active role asHuman Resources Business Partner in Yılport Holding to be based in Maslak/İstanbul.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred),
- Have minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Professional, preferably in the following functions such as organizational development, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, employer branding,
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
- Experience in SAP Success Factors is a plus,
- Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
- A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
- Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills,
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult line managers and employees about all aspects of HR (organizational development, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, employer branding) and execute accordingly,
- Drive standardization for the execution of HR policies and procedures, align them with group policies and implement changes,
- Support the organizational development studies which include the analysis of current organization structures, performing fit-gap analysis between current and target structures, identification of organizational needs & design target organization structures, reviewal and determination of role grades and clarification of accountability ownerships and recommendation of effective models,
- Support budget and manpower planning processes, gather budgetary requests, analyze after the planning process and share organizational effectiveness perspective regarding FTE budget prioritization,
- Ensure that the performance management process is carried out effectively in HQ and all Regions,
- Design and implement supportive tools in the performance management system for a high-performance organizational culture,
- Assess, improve and deliver on a standardized reporting system based on HR metrics via partnering with HQ, Region and Terminal HR Teams,
- Provide support to the Business Transformation projects (SAP, SuccessFactors modules) and lead the Admin role in Employee Central and Performance Module,
- Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer-oriented approach at all levels,
- Provide support in any new terminal acquisition and integration projects when and if needed.
