Import Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

·       Entering the purchase orders into the system and sending to the supplier and following all of the process of the order.

·       Collecting the prices from the shipping companies according to the way of loading of the orders and after approval, organizing the dispatch dates with the approved forwarder

·       Check ETA and shipping information of all orders and make sure, delivery performance of the orders and their arrival on time

·       Order Management: Including but not limited to logistics, importing, warehouse and stock entry handling

·       Carry out loading, repackaging, transportation, collection, and labelling operations within the framework of Zwilling quality standards.

·       Entering wholesale customer’s order into the system (SAP B1) and organizing deliveries to the customers from our warehouse.

·       Checking customs regulations of products and entering the customs data into our system(SAP B1)

·       Controlling the import documents (Invoice, packing list, ATR, Health Certificate, Bill of Loading etc.)

·       Establishing coordination with the customs agent

·       Checking and controlling costs invoices regarding the import files and entering them in our system (SAP B1)

·       Updating regularly the import file and reporting the status of the orders to the management

·       TSE, TAREKS and dominance of customs regulation knowledge is a plus

 Qualifications

·       University graduate

·       At least 2-3 years experience in import & operation

·       Fluency in English

·       Analytical and result oriented approach

·       Motivated, agile, willing to continuous learning and open to innovation

·       Advance level of MS Office applications

·       No military obligations for male candidates
