ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. has founded at 1957, is a recognized international EPC (Engineering – Procurement – Construction) Company has designed and built many Projects for Oil and Gas Process, Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP) Projects, Simple Cycle Power Plants (SCPP) Projects, Coal Fired Power Plants, Desalination Plants, Pipeline & Pump Stations, Well Pad Facilities, and the Tank Farms in all over the world up to date.

ENKA has its own 'in-house' multi-disciplinary engineering team that performs all design services required for the development of above mentioned projects. ENKA Engineering team carries out Conceptual (FEED), Basic and Detailed engineering for the Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Civil & Structural, and Architectural disciplines.

ENKA Engineering organization comprises of 3 main divisions located in Istanbul Head Quarter - Engineering Offices in Turkey;

·       ENKA Civil, Structural and Infrastructural,

·       ENKA Architectural Design, and

·       ENKA Energy Engineering.

ENKA Energy Engineering is seeking for new teammates who will become the member of ENKA’s design & engineering team located in Istanbul, Turkey. ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. is seeking to hire a HVAC Systems Design Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS

·      B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering

·      Minimum 3 years of engineering work experience about HVAC systems of industrial projects

·      Good command of written and spoken English

·      Good knowledge of MS Office programs

·      Extensive experience in the use of graphic tools like AutoCAD

·      Good knowledge of HVAC software (e.g. Carrier HAP)

·      Strong communication skills, team worker

·      Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic

·      Ability to work in harmony with other engineering disciplines

·      No restriction to travel and stay abroad when needed

·      No military obligation for male candidates

·      Knowledgeable and experienced in selection of HVAC equipment (e.g. air handling units, roof top units, exhaust fans, split A/C’s, etc.).

·      Good knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.

·      Familiar with major international standards of ASME, ASTM, API, ISO and EN associated with design, material selection and testing of HVAC equipment.

·      Experienced in power plants and O&G projects

JOB DESCRIPTION

·      Carry out mechanical design works for HVAC systems in power plants and O&G projects.

·      Prepare design basis for HVAC system in addition to material requisitions, technical specifications, and datasheets for HVAC equipment.

·      Review and approve suppliers’ technical proposals. Prepare technical bid evaluation document based on these proposals and project requirements.

·      Review and approve manufacturers’ technical documentation (drawings, calculations, datasheets, etc.)

·      Prepare HVAC MTO’s including HVAC equipment and all accessories (e.g. ducts, dampers, etc.).

·      Prepare detail design drawings such as: Buildings’ HVAC detail drawings (to be used by construction group at site), HVAC calculations of each premises.

·      Carry out all HVAC calculations via softwares such as Carrier HAP, excel and also double check software results with hand calculations.

·      Exchange the information with the other engineering disciplines and coordinate the inter-disciplinary documents reviews and other related engineering works jointly developed.

·      Be the technical interface with Site Team and Vendor.

·      Attend Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests.
