Qualifications

• Graduated from the related engineering or faculty of economics and administrative Sciences departments of universities,

• Fluent in English,

• Preferably with a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in this position in the automotive industry (Material Handling, Pick to Light, AGV, Kitting, Milkrun, lineside optimization)

• Having knowledge about internal logistics operations,

• Competent in VSM methodologies (Value Stream Mapping),

• Able to use SAP Warehouse modules, related optimization tools and MS Office programs well,

• Able to lead team work, experienced in team management and have   strong communication skills,

• Competent in problem solving methodologies,

• Excited about his job and eager to learn,

• Able to create business plans and targets, work in a time-oriented manner,

• Have problem solving competence,

Job Description

• Planning and supplying direct materials in accordance with the factory layout, warehousing and monitoring the appropriate notification of production units to production,

• Ensuring that Transportation/Transportation vehicles are used efficiently within the scope of operations,

• To ensure the delivery of internal logistics activities (lineside logistics) within the scope of operations,

• Controlling stocking according to the determined budget target, implementing and monitoring necessary actions,

• Administration and management included in the determined budget data,

• To ensure that KPIs are constantly tracked and differentiated according to targets,

• Maintenance and control of the Supplier, material supply and Customer Product Shipment departments are ensured, and the separation of these departments into the relevant units is ensured,

• Monitoring and controlling the effective and efficient use of logistics products,

• Expanding the action of business plans,

• Ensuring 5S and 5T in warehouses and maintaining order,

• Displays FIFO on all material outputs,

• Controlling layouts, planning product diversification and product transportation systems, determining and recommending the features of new equipment,

• Controls of the warehouse operations system by analyzing business processes,

• Carrying out defined activities within the scope of WCM and MFPS (Martur Fompak Production System), providing necessary training to its team or ensuring independence,

• Coordinating warehouse employees' duty locations, overtime and shift needs,

• Leading address identification organizations in accordance with the desired layout, labeling and cleaning rules,

• Training, equipment, etc. with the relevant section. To ensure the specified budget,
